MURDER OF CROWS - BROOKLYN
COMMERCIAL RENOVATION
The renovation of this commercial ground floor space in Brooklyn, New York, involved mechanical and plumbing modifications to accommodate a new gym, along with the construction of a new locker room, accessible shower areas and bathrooms, and a physical therapy studio. Our team worked closely with the client to ensure that the mechanical & plumbing systems were reconfigured to support the new gym. Exposing original elements such as the concrete ceiling and flooring, and mushroom concrete columns helped to preserve the industrial character of this existing 1930s warehouse building space. New industrial style pendant lighting was selected for the locker room as well as porcelain tile finishes that are inspired by the existing concrete structure.
